GROW.
GATHER.
BELONG.
GROW. GATHER. BELONG.
No matter who you are, where you’ve been, or what you’re going through, you are welcome here. At Gathering Grounds, we believe church isn’t about having it all together—it’s about growing in your relationship with Jesus and being surrounded by a community that will meet you where you are and walk with you toward Him.
We are a teaching church with the heart of creating disciples for Jesus. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or have been following Christ for years, we’re here to encourage you, challenge you, and grow together in His Word.
Think of us like family—the kind that makes you feel at home the second you walk in. Come as you are, grab a cup of coffee, and let’s do life together. We can’t wait to meet you!
Visions & Values
We lead the way with radical generosity. We truly believe it is more blessed to give than to receive. —Acts 20:35
We love to laugh and enjoy the journey. Serving God alongside people we love is life-giving and full of joy! —Proverbs 17:22
We are all about the "capital C" Church. The local church is the hope of the world, and we know we can accomplish infinitely more together than apart. —Ephesians 4:16
We will do whatever it takes to reach people far from Christ. To reach those no one is reaching, we’ll do things no one is doing—while staying true to God’s Word. —Luke 15:4
We are spiritual contributors, not consumers. The church isn’t just for us—we are the church, and we exist to make an impact in the world.—1 Peter 4:10
We always bring our best. Excellence honors God and inspires people. —Colossians 3:23
We are faith-filled, big-thinking, risk-takers. We refuse to play it safe or limit what God can do. —Hebrews 11:6
We are a teaching church focused on creating disciples for Jesus… bring your Bibles! We are passionate about equipping believers to know and live out God’s Word. —2 Timothy 3:16-17
We believe in Spirit-led worship and endeavor to enter into the presence of God every time we gather. With hearts full of thanksgiving and praise, we come before God, knowing that true worship invites use deeper into His presence. —Psalm 100:4
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is active today, living within believers, empowering them to live godly lives, and equipping them with spiritual gifts to build the church.
The Church
We believe the church is the body of Christ, with Jesus as the head. We are called to gather, worship, serve, and grow together. Baptism and communion are important acts of faith and worship. (Ephesians 1:22-23, 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, 2 Corinthians 11:2, Acts 14:27, 1 Timothy 3:1-3, Matthew 28:19-20, Acts 2:41-42, Acts 18:8, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26)
What We Believe
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word—without error and the ultimate authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:15, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Matthew 5:18, John 16:12-13)
The Trinity
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each fully God, equal in power and glory. (Deuteronomy 6:4, 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is God’s only Son, who came to earth to reveal God’s love and to be the Savior of the world. (1 Peter 4:5, Romans 14:9, 2 Timothy 4:1)
Salvation
We believe that Jesus’ death on the cross and His resurrection provide the only way for sins to be forgiven. Salvation comes through faith in Him alone—not by anything we do, but by His grace.
Man
We believe every person was created in God’s image for a relationship with Him. But because of sin, we became separated from Him and cannot restore that relationship on our own. (Genesis 1:26-27, Romans 3:22-23, Romans 5:12, Ephesians 2:1-3, 12)
